RESOLUTIOIV OF ABAND(}NMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASII`1F~TT
WFiEREAS, this Board has received a request from
Mr. Paul C. Rosenbaum to a11ow the abandonment of a public utility
easement as described below,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board
under Gavernntent Code ~§50430, et seq, this Board wishes to abandon
said easement as described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
1. That this Board finds that said easement is unnecessary
for present or prospective public use.
2. That said public utility easement as hereinafter
described is hereinafter abandoned and vacated.
3o That said public utility easemen~ is situated in
the County of Butte, State of California, and described as follows,
to wit:
The sou~rherJ.y six feet of a twelve foot public util.ity
easement situated contiguous to the north line of t'Lot•
No. 2 0~ the Brown Subdivision", recorded in the office
of the Recorder of Butte County in Book 30 of Maps at
page 300
