BE IT TtESOLVEb that tlze Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte does hereby authorize the Office of
Proau~ement, Department of General Serva.ces of the State
of Cal.ifornia to purchase items per schedu].e attached
for and on behalf of the County o~ Butte pursuant to
Section 148i4, Government Code, and that Thomas B. Struthers,
Purchasing Agent, is hereby authorized end directed to
sign and deliver a~.l necessary requests and other documents
