RESOZUTTON APPROVING AMENDMENT ~kl TO AN AGREEMENT
TO PROVIDE FIRE PROTECTION FOR LOCAL AGENC~ES
UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF TEiE STATE FORESTIIt OF

NOW, THEEtEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of
Supervisors of the County o~' Butte hereby approves the a~tached
amendment to the agreement between the State Department of
Conservation and the County of Butte and hereby authori2es the
Chairman of this Board to execute same on behaZf of the County
of Butteo
