representing Robert Carleson, as the Director of the State Department

NOW, THEREF012E, BE IT RESOLVED that the County of Butte
requests and authorizes the Cali.fornia State Attorney General to
represent Ed. Robinson, as the Direc~vr of the Butte Coun~y Department
of Sacial Welfare, and the Bvtte County Department of Social Welfare
in the aforementioned matter; and that the Covnty of Butte agrees to
comply r,aith any fair hearing decision issued by the State Department
of Social Welfare in this matter,
