accept for recordation any deeds or grants conveying interest in
or easement upon real estate to a government agency for public
purpases without having attached ~o the deed a certificate or
resolution of acceptance as provided in §27281 of the ~overnment
Code o~ the S~ate of Cali~ornia, and
WHEREAS, said section permits this board to authorize
an officer or agent to accept and consent to such deeds or grants,
and
WHEREAS, this Board desires to authorize the Public
Works Director to accept and consent to such deeds or grants.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of SuperT
visors of the County of Butte, State of California:
1. The Public Works Director is hereby authorized
to accept and consent to such deeds and grants and that a certified
copy of this resolution be delivered to the county recorder for
~ecording.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Super-
