3 of the Government Code of the State o~ California, the Board of
Supervisors of Butte County have instituted proceedings ~o~ the
establishment of a county service area within the County of Butte;
and
WHEREA59 the TACAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION of the
County of Butte has approved the establishment of said Service Area

i~TOW, TI-IEREFOR~, SE IT RESOLVED by the Boaxd af Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of Californiay as follows:
l, That a county service area is proposed to be established
under the terms of the aforesaid chapter in the unincorporated area
of Butte County; the boundary lines of the territories proposed for
inclusion in the area are more particularly described in Exhi.bit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference as though fu17.y
set forfih verbatim and at length,
2, That the proposed name for said county service is
County Service Area Noo 469
3. That there are no extended county services provided in
this areao
4o Tha t the types of extended county 5ervices proposed
to be provided in this area is for the purpose of study9 design,
construction, maintenance, and operation of a sarcitary sewer service
pursuant to Gover,nment Code Section 25210a4(a), located within the
boundaries of the area described hereino
5o That a tax sufficient to pay for such services which
are furnished on an extended basis will be annually leived upon all
taxable property within such areas,
