IN THE COIINTY OF BUTTE~ STATE OF CAI,IFORNIA
(Vehicle Code Section 22507)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors for the County of Butte~
State of California~ as followse
3.. That the parking or standing of vehicles on the hereinafter-described
portions of Las Plumas Avenue is prohibiCed during Che hours 7:30 a,m. to
3:30 p.m. and the portions of said road on which tihe parking and standing of
vehicles is prohibited during the hours 7:30 a.m. Co 3:30 p.m. are described
as follows, to wit:
Aloxeg the curb on the southerly side of Zas T'lumas Avenue fzam the
easterly driveway into Las P1u~nas High School to 100 feet west of
the westerly driveway into Las Plumas High School.
2. That NQ PART~ING 7:30 A.M. TO 3030 P,M. signs be placed at appLro priate
locations on said road.
3. A11 resolutions or ordinances or parts of resolutions and ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed,
4. This resolution is adopted in accordance with Section 22507 of
the Vehicle Code and violation of said resolution constitutes a misdemeanor
in accordance with Section 40000 of said Vehicle Code.
