adopted and passed Resol~ution ~k72-126 entitled "Resolv.tion
Establishireg County 5ervi.ce Area to be Entitled 'Cov.nty Service
Area No , 45 "';
~WHEREAS, a Protest Petition prntesting the adoptinn of
said resoJ.utian was presented to the said Boa~d of Supervisoxs
jvithi.n 60 days after the adoptian of said resolution;
WfiERE,AS, said Protest Petitian was signed by at least 10
percent of the registered ~croters r~siding within said County
Service Area No, 45; and
WI3EREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the Cavnty of Butte
deem it desirable to ssbmit said. resolution to the voters of
Co~nty S~rvic~ Axea Noo 45 at a special election called for that
purpose pursuant to Government Code Secfion 25210,22,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED l~.~TD RESOLVED BY THE BOAiiD
OF SUPERVISORS OF THE ~OUI~ITY OF BtJTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as
