repo~t and designatix~g an authorized representativeo
NOW, THEREFORE, B~ IT RESOLVED ~hat the Auditor of the
County of Butte is hereby designated as the authorized representative
of the County o~ Butte to file application reports and submit them
to the S~cretary for Resouxces, State of California, for S~ate
payments to ~nich the Gounty of Butte is entitled under ~he Open
Space 5ubvention Acto
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervis~rs
