RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT AND AIJTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE B4ARD OF SUPERVISORS
TO EXECi7TE ON BEHALF OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County of Butte
approves the attached Agreement between the Department of Con-
servation, Division of Forestry and the County of Butte and hereby
authorizes the Chairman of this Board to executa said eantract on
behalf of the County of Butte.
PASSED AND A-OPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors this 13th day of November, 1972, by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Ladd, Madig~ and Chairman Gilman.
NOES: Non~
ABSEI~FT: Supervisor.s I}outhit and Maxon.
NOT VOTING: None

hetween th~ Department of Consexvati.on, Division of Forestry, State of California,
through it duly appointed, quaZified and acting Director o£ Conservation, and
S~,ate Forester, hereinafter ca].led the STAT~; and the County of Butte
State of Cali£ornia, through the Chairman of its Board of Supervisors, hareinafter
called the COUNTY~
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEE~EAS~ the parties here~o entered into an Agreement on July 1, 1972,
and
. 4]HEREAS, Section II of said Agreemont makes provision for smendments to
said kgreement, and ~
'v~H~RF.ls.S~ the ~arties hereto now desire to amand a portion of Schedule,A
attached thereto to add chargas for installation of two (2) Centrex telephona 1'znes
and added monthly cnarges and also correct errors 3n the figures in amendment ~1.
The total being within limits already approved
NOIJ, THEREFORE, 3t is mutally agreed as follows: ~
1. Effective July 1, 1972, that portion of Schedule A~ atta.ched to
Agre~ment be~ween the parties hereto dated July 1, 1972, is amended to read as
follows:
A sum of ~~,1, 593. is so appropriated to the originaJ, sum of ',~p/~69~ 5~a.
making a new sum of ~511,173. budgeted for expenditure as set forth in the
attached amended Schedule '~A'E, a part of this Agreement. '
2. All o~her terms and conditions of said Agreement and Schedules
attached remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
