B~ IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby approves the attached agreement between
the County of Butte and the Unified States Postal Service and
hereby authorizes the Chairman of th ~ Board to execute same
on behalf of the Gounty of Butte.

5. To pay the agent a fee b~sed on the number of t=ansacti.ons
per monCh, each issuance of cotiipons bei.ng defined as a sin~le
transacCion, payment to be made monthly. The fee sha11 be
$(.80) einhty cenCS per eransaction.
SECTION B. In consideration of Che foregoing undeitaki.ngs by the County,
the Agent hereUy agrees as Lolloz•rs:
1. To per.iodically reqifisition coupons, and to maintain a
sufficient inventory, for issrance to eli~ible participants.
2. To make security provisions Co safeguazd coupons and cash
~ recei.ved and to protect against.loss by fire, Cheft, ur
' dishonesty on the part of the Age~it's employees or other caus~s.
3. To supply tlte county t,rith a lisL of all the Agent's branches
authorized to issue coupons. This listing of outlets r~ay be
, added to or daleted'from upon request and appr~val oL boLh
parties concernecl ~aithout affecting the basic agreeinent as
agreed herein.' .
4. To make conpons avai~.able for sale to authorized parLicipants
during the Agent's regular off.ice hours, buL in no case shall
