I, Seceion A. The County hereUy agrees as follows:
- 1. To ~ertify house,holds e7.igible for food stamp coupons (nereit:aft:~r
re~erred to as "coupons") and furnish montl~ly to the Agent, a
print-out'of households eligible to receive food sta?np coupon5
for the'following month under the "Public Assistance Withl:old.in~"

b, The value of the food stamp coupons to be issued i:o that

c. The amount of postage reqiiired for delivery of the Food Staiap

;:.~ the Regulations of the,United States Department o£ Agriculture,

~ „ ~ of coupons. This assurance is given in consideration of and

. Sect3on C. The paxties to this agreement hereby mutualiy agree:
i. ThaC this agreement.shall become operative on the date first
written, or as soon thereafter as all o£ Che approva3.s and sig-
natures necessary to this contract have been obtained.
2. Any titne after rhis agreement has been in effect for a perion of
ninety (90) daqs or longer, the fee paymene and any other matier
~ may fie reviewed aC the request o£ ezther party. Such cliangzs,
, if any, to constitute an amendment to this agreement.

3. This agreement 2nd/or any amendments thereto s11a11 remain
in force u~ztil such da~e when i:hc Government of the United
ST.ates shall disconCinue L'he Food Stamp E'rogram iu the
area or areas in iahich the Postal Service has an office or
. offic~s and wl~ich has been designated as a Food Seamp Yrogram
area or unless terminated pursuant to Section 4 below.
4. Thi_s agreemeclt and/or any amendments thereto may be ended;
terminated, cancelted, or revoked.Uy eitt;er party giving
siaty (60) ciays' notice t?~ereof in wriCing to the other
party.
,5. The llirector of the Social Service Department of the County,
or his authorized r2presentative, st;a7.1 be autlaori.zed to
act on behalf of, and to give and receive notices, for ttie
County. .
6. The Rega.onal Postrnaster Geueral shall be auClcorized Co act on
