BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE NO, 722
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 710 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
FOIL THE FISCAL YEAR 1961-62.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 710 of the County of Butte is
hereby amended as follows:
(a) That the salary range and title of the
Veterans Service Officer, as contained in Section No. 3,
Subsection (a} of said Ordinance No. 710 shall be amended to
read as follows:

and Public Guardian 27 (436 - 542)
(b) That Section No. 39 of Ordinance No. 710 shall
be amended to read as follows:

2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30} days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, once,
in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of Calif
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, at the regular meeting
thereof on the 16th day of October, 1961, by the following
vote:
