WfiEREAS, this Board finds that the costs of administra-
tion in collecting the fees purs•uant tio the ~TRONG-MOTION
~NS'TRUI~IENT.P,TION PROGRAM are in excess of those amounts coll.ectedo
NOW, TfiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
l. That henceforth the fees collected pursuant to ~ection
2705(a) of the Public Resources Code sha11 be deemed included
within the building perm9.t fee, and sha11 be held and remitted
to the ~tate pursuant to the provisions of Section 2705(b) of
the Public Resources Cvde.
