RESOZiTTIOI~T ADOPTING WOODWASTE BURNING RULES AND
REGULATIONS AND MAKING VARIOUS MODIFICATIONS OF AND
ADDTTIONS TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF ~IE B~JTTE
COUNTY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED that the amendments of and additions ~o ~he
Rules and Regu].ations o~ the Butte County Air Pollution Control
District wlaxckz are attached hereto as Exhibit "A" sha11 be and
are hereby adopted pursuan~ ~o ~he provisions of Health and
Safety Code Sections 24260 and 39297.6 as Rules and Regulations
of the Butte Count~ Air Pollution Control District, that the said
Rules and Reguiations shali be added ~o and become a part of the
existi~.g Ru1es and Regula~ions of the Sutte County Air Pollution
District, and that they shall be in full force and effect as of this
date.
