Butte deems zt advisable to sell the following property, to wit:
AlI that certain real property situate in the County ot Butte,
State of California, described as follows:
Being a portion of Lot 13, as said 1ot is shown on that certain
map entit~ed "Glenn Haven Esta~es Subdivision Unit No. One",
which map was recarded in the of~ice af the Recorder af the
County of Bu~te, State of California, on May 23, 1962, in Book
27~: of Maps at pages 35 and 36 more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the nor~heast corner af said Lot 13; thence from
said point of begin~ing S 20°07'29*"W along the southeasterly
line of said 1ot 13, a distance of 154.17 ~eet to the southeast
corner of said iot 13; thence along the sauthwesterly line of
said lot 13 on the arc of a non-tangent 180.40 foot radius
curve, concave to the southwest (radial line ~o said curve at
th~s point bears N 20°07'29tieE) through a central angle of
13 48'30£", for 43.38 £ee~; thence leaving said sou~hwesterly
line o~ lo~ 13, northwesterly on the arc of a tangent 20.u0
foot radius curve, concave to the northeast, through a central
angle o£ 107°46'02`~, for 37.62 feet; thence nor~heasterly on the
arc of a tangent 270.00 foot radius curve, concave to the
southeast, rhrough a central angle ot 22°26'27", for I05o75
feet; thence N 45°31'28"E, tangent to said las t~described curve,
45.07 feet to ~he northeast line of said Iot 13; ~hence S 60~
49'00~QE, along the said northeast line, 20a39 feet to the point
o~ beginning. Containing an area of 0,188 acre, more or less.
Resex~ving trom the above~desCribed property all. dedications,
reservations and pu.blic utility and drainage easements of
record. '
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that it is the in~ention
of this Board to sell the aforementioned property at a minimum p~~:ee
of $400000, in cash.
IT IS FiJRTHER. RESOLVED ~I~at on the 9~~h day of

of Supervisors of the County of Butte wiJ.l be held at the regular
