advisable to sell th e following property, to wit:
A portion of Lot 22, as shown on that certain map entitled
«Map of the Sixth Subdivision of the John Bidwell Rancho,
near Chico, Butte County, California", which map was recorded
in the office of the Recorder ot the County of Butte, State of
California on December 3, 1901, Book 5 of Maps at page 30,
more particula~ly deacribed as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the existing southwesterly
right of way line of Sfiate fiighway 32 (60 feet wide) with the
west line of said Lot 22; thence S 0°Ol'00" E, along said
west 1ot line, 11,47 feet to the TRUE POINT QF BEGTNNING;
thence S 60~40'00"E, parallel with the centerline of said
State Highway 32, a distance of 15,72 feet; thence south-
easterl.y an the arc of a tangent 20.00 foot radius curve,
concave to the west through a central angle of 89°29'50" for
3I..24 fee~; thence S 28~49'S0«W along a line running parallel
wiCh and distan~ northwesterly, 30.00 feet measured per-
pendicular to the centerline of North Lindo Avenue, 21.69 ~eet;
thence S 26~43'21"W, 24.35 feet to the west line o~' said
Lot 22; thence N 0°~}1'00'~W, along the said west lot 1.ine,
75.53 fee~ ~o ~he TRUE PdINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing an area of 0.025 acre, more or less.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS R~SOLVED that it is the intention of this
Board ~o se3.1 the aforeme.ntioned property at a minimum price of $10000,
in cash, plus the cash e~penditu~res made by the Co~u~.ty in processing
and completing the sale including, but not limited ~o, publication and
closing costs.
IT IS E`qRTHER RESOLVED tl~at on the 9th day of January, J.973, at
11:Q0 a.m., a public meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte will be held at the regular place of ineeting of said Board, at
which proposals to purchase will be received and coresidered.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 12th
