to allow the abandonment of a public utility' easement as described below,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board unde~
Government Code §§50430, et seq, this Board wishes to declare its
intention to abandon said public utility easement as described below:
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
I. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regul.ar
~neeting on January:23~ , 197 3, at 1~30 p.m., in the Board
Chambers, Courtl~ouse, Orovil].e, a hearing sha11 be held on the abandon~
ment o~ the following described easement:
A public utility easement across the rear of Lot 6
in Wal.nut Creek Acres Subdivision which map was ~iled in
the office of t~e Recorde~ of the County of Butte, State
of California, in Map Book 25, at page 13, excepting that"~
part located within the 12 foot drainage easement.
2. That this Resolution be posted azd published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
