BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE N0. 726
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 710 OF
THE COUNTY OP BUTTER KNOWN AS THE "SALARY
ORDINANCE" k'OR THE FISCAL YEAR 1961-62.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 710 of the County of Butte is hereby
amended as follows:
(a) That Section No. 10, entitled "Auditor-Controller,"
of Ordinance No. 710 shall be amended to read as follows:

2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, once,
in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED ANA ADOPTED 'by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, at the regular meeting
thereof on the 30th day of October, 1961, by the following
vote:
AYES= Supervisors Alldredge, Pittman, Pryde, Steinegger and
Chairman Giles
