The Board. of Supervisors of the County~of Butte, State of California,
Does Ordain As Follows:
That Butte County Ordinance No. 689 is hereby amended in the following
particulars:;-
Section 3 of said Ordinance is amended to read as follows:
SECTIOiJ 3. Additional uses permitted, subject to the securing of
a use permit in each ease:
3.1 Land having frontage on the west side of Palermo Road:
General Commercial (C-2) Uses. Said Commercial area shall be
developed to proper grade to the existing road and the depth
shall not exceed three hundred and thirty (330) feet from the
centerline pf Palermo Road. .
3.2 Land Having frontage on the east side of Palermo Road:
General Commercial (C-2) Uses. Said Commercial area shall be
developed to proper grade to the existing road and the depth
shall not exceed one"thousand, three Hundred and twenty (1,320}
feet from the centerline of Palermo Read.
This Ordinance shall be, and it is hereby declared to be in full force
and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its passage, .and
before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage this Ordinance
shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board o£`Super-
visors voting for and against it, in~the Oroville P-iercur. , a
newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, on this 6th ____ day of November , 1967- by
