I write.this letter to compliment Nancy Springer, Building Division Manager, and her
staff, all wha serve within tl~e Butte County Department of Development Services.
I recently had occasion to seek a building permit for a garage conversion. I believe
it appropriate to inform you and the other members of the Board of Supervisors that I
received courteous and friendly consideration and treatment fram Ms. Springer and her staff
from the outset to the conclusion of the matter. I found her and her staff to be informed,
cooperative and very capable when dealing with them.
