WHER~AS, a portion of Schott Road is no longer necessary or required
for road purposes; and
'I~3EREAS, pursuant to the Streets and Highways Code, Section 960.1.,
the Board finds that a portion of Schott Road shou3.d be summarilq vacated,
NOi~~ THEREFORE, BE IT ItESOZVED by the Board o£ Supervisors of the
County of Butte, SCate of California~ as ~ollowsa
The folZowing-described portion of Schott Road is hereby summarily
vacated and abandoned pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 960oZ:
A portion of Section 8, T23N, R3E, IIDB&M and more particularly des-
cribed as follows:

of SecCion 8, T23N, R3E, NIDB~I conveyed to Che County of ~utte by deed recorded
