WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board under
Government Code §§50430, et seq, this Board wishes to declare its
intention to abandan said publ~c utility easement as ~escribed below;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESQLVED by this Board:
1. That this Board hereby give~s notice ttlat at its regalar
meeting on February 27 ~ ~973, at 1:3o p om,, in the Board
Chambers, Courthouse, Oroville, a hearing shall be held on the abandon-
ment of the following described easement:
A 12 foot public util.ity easement on the north side of ~
Lot 16, as shown on that certain map entitled '~Shad.ybrook
Subdivision10 wrhich Map was filed in the office of the
Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California, on
April 23, 19b2, in Book 27 of Maps, at pages 19 and 2U,
2. That tlhis Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50~+40 and 504/~l,

America and not anterested in nor a party to the matter referred to in the attached
Notice;

donment of County Highway along the line of the highway proposed to be abandoned,
