WHEREAS, purstiant to the authority vested in this Board under
Government Code §§50430, et seq, this Board wishes to decla~e its
intention to abandon said public utility easement as described belaw:
NOW, THEREFORE, B~ IT RESOLVED by this Board:
le That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular meet-
ing on February 27 ,~973, at 1:3o p.m., in the Soard Chambers,
Courthouse, Oroville, a hear~.ng sha11 be held an the abandonment o~ the
following d.escri~ed easemet~t:
A 12 foot wide public uti~.i.ty easem.ent lying adjacent to the
following described line:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of Lot 4 of the
Waters Subdivision Unit No. I~ as show.n in.Map Book 35
at page 42, Butte County Recorders office, thence N52
09' 11"E along the sotztheasterly line of said Lot 4
and its prolongation to the most easterly corner of Lot 2
af said Subdiv'isivn, said point is th.e end of this
descriptian.
2. That this Resolution be posted and publ.ished parsuan~t to the
provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
