WHEREAS, the parties hereto en-~ered into an Agreement on ~'u1y 1, 1972,
and
WHEREAS, Section II of said Agreement makes provision for amendnients to
said Agreement, and
WH~'REAS, the parties hexeto now desire to amend a portzon of Schedulo A
attachod thereto to provide funda necessary for salaries, 3nequi.ty increases and
two (2) Cen~rex telephone lines and monthly charges
NOW, TF~EREFORE, it.is mutually agreefl as follows:
1. E£fective J"uly 1~ 1972, that portion of Schedule A~ attached to
Agreeznent between the parties hereto dated Jtil.y 1, 1972, is am0nded to read as
follows:
A sum of ~41,593. is so appropriated to the original. aum of ~469,5$0.
making a new sum of ~511,173. budgeted for expenditure as set forth in i;he
at~tached amended Schedule '~A~', a part of this Agreement.
2. Al1 other terms and conditions of said Agreement and ScheduZes
attached xemain unchanged and in full ~orce and effect.

hereto have, in their representative capacities, hereunto set their hands as
