Caunty of Butte passed and adopted resolution No. 72-208 x~evi.sing
the policy of the said Board in relation to travel by County officers
and employees on County business, and
WHEREAS, the Board deszres to amend the said Resolutian
72-208.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Boaxd of Super'visors
of the County of Butte, S~ate of Califorxr.ia, as follows:
1.. That the second sentence of Rule and Regulation Number
1 as adopted by Resolution Noe 72-208 and entitled "Method of Travel"
sha~.~. be and is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Each person who uses a pra~vately owned vehicl.e on County
business shall £ile an affidavit certifying that there is
liability insurance in effect in the sum of not less than
$15,OQ0 for bodily injury' to one person, $30,000 for bodily
injury to two or more persons and $~0,000 for property
dama.ge."
2. That the final sentence of sub-section {a) of Ru1e and
Regulation Number 3 as adopted by Resolu~ion No. 72-208 and entitled
"Reimbursement for Expenses'~ sha~l be anc3 is hereby amended to read as
foilows:

f ederal tax."
