THE Ci~AIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS TO
~ECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE COUN'TY OF BUTTE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County of Butte
approves the attached Agreement between the State of California, acting by
and through its Department of Fish and Game, and the County of Butte and
hereby authorizes the Chairman of this Board to execu.te said Agreement on
behalf of the County of Butte.

]3cen~cd by the Fedcrnl. Co:r~nunications Co~nission. This a~r,ecment shall beco~ae

4. The St~zte a~x'ees that a13. r~dio equ3.~nent and accessor~.es
i~rnished by the County for said radio set(s) shaJ1 be anc7 remain the sole
proper'ty nf the County, and w~.ll be re-~urned to, the County upon term.i.nation
of this agreemen-E in the same condition as received by the State~ reasonable
and ordinary weax and tear~ damage by the e].em.ents, ac~s of God, and con-
di.t~.ons over which the State has no eontrol excepted. ~
~. The said radio set(s) are for pri.rcary use by the State wri.thin
said County~ but nothing herein contai.ned shall preclude occasiona~. use out-
side of said County when, in the judgment o~ the State~ such outside use is
necessary.
