R~.SOLUTION OF ABAI~IDONMENT OF PUBLIC iJTILITY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, this Board has received a request from Tom T~7hipple
to aT.low tlze abandoxvnent of a public utility easement as described belaw,
WfiEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board under
Governmen~ Code §§50430, e~t seq, this Board wishes to abandon said
easement as descri.bed belowo
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
l. That this Board finds that said easement is unnecessary
for present or prospective useo
2. That said public util~.ty ease~-ent as hereina~ter described
is hereinafter abandoned and vacated.
3a That said public utility easement is situated in the County
of Butte, State of Cal.ifornia, and described as follows, to wit:
A public utility easement across the rear of Lot 6
in Wal.nut Creek Acres Subdivision which map was
filed in the of~'ice of the Recorder of the County
of Butte, State of California, in Map Book 25, at page 13,
excepting that part located within the 12 foot drainage
easement.
