Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 17 as said lot is shown on
the Map of Paradis~ Springs Unit No. 1, fiZed in the office of the Recorder of
the County of Butte in Book 1~ of Maps at pages 51 an~. 52; -~hence southeasterly
along the southerly l.ine of said Lot 17 on the arc of a non--~angent 230.00 foot
