WHEREAS, pursuant ~a ResoZution 72-212,a bid was received
on the property described ~herein with the minimum price"as set forth
in said Resolution on December 12, 1972.
WHER~AS, Ronald R. Conte and Joyce E. Conte have deposited
with the County Auditor $400.00, total purchase price.
IriOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1o That the Chairman of this Board be authorized to sign
the attached deed to the aforesaid Ronald R. Conte and Joyce E,
Conte, covering the real property described in the aforementioned
Resolufiion 72-212 and is also described in the attached deed,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
