WHEREAS, pursuant to the S-~reets and Highways Code, Sectaon 960.1, ~he
Board fi,nds tha~ a partzon of Oroville--Bangor Highway should b~ s~unmaril~
vacated,

The £ollowing-de'scribed portion of Oroville-Bangor Highway is herelr~r
sum~.ri7.y vacated and abandoned pursuant to Streets and Highways Cade
Section 960.1:
Being a poxtion of the Oroville-~angor Highway (60 feet wide) as
described in that certain deed to the County o£ Butte recorded in the Office
of the Reco.rd.er of the Count;~ of Butte, on Augus~t 5, 1921, in ~ook 195 of
Deeds, at page 35 and Iying wes'terly of a line distant we's~,e~].~r l~O.OQ feet
measured parpendicular to the said centerline of ~,ower W~randotte Road; bezng
a portion of Lot 5~ Block 15, accord~.ng to that certain map of Vi11a Verona,
recorded January 17, 1889, in the Oflfice of the Recorder of the County of
Butte, clescrib~d ~as foll~~ws:

Commencing at the inters~ction of the centerline o£ Lower GFyandotte

from the centerline of Lower Wy~andotte Road and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNTNG;
