WHEREAS, ROY GRELL, Chairman,has served as a member of
the Butte County Hospi.tal Board of ~rustees with distincti.on, and
WHEREAS, ROY GRELL, Chairman, kias served the peop7.e of
this County in handling the a~~airs of our County Hospa.tal with
unselfish devotion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'~ ~SOLV~D by this Board:
1. That on our behalf, as well as on behalf of the people
