RESOLUTION OF ABANDONMEIVT OF PUSZTC UTILITY EASEMENT
WfiEREAS, this Board has received a reqaest £rom Mrse Adele
Perry to a~.~.ow the abandanment of a public utility easement as described
below,
WE[II2EAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board unfler
Government Code §§50430, et seq, th.is Board wishes to abandon said
easement as described belowo
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by tYcis Board:
lo 'That this Board finds that said easement is unnecessary
for present or prospective use.
2o That said public utility easement as hereinafter described
is hereinafter abandoned and vacated.
3o That said public utility easement is situated in the County
of Butte, State o~ Ca].i~orn.ia, and described as follows, to wit:
A 12 foot pub~.ic uti7.ity easelnent on the north side of
I,ot 16, as shown on that certain.map entitled "Shadybrook
Subdivision" which Map was filed in the office of the
Recorder of the County of Butte, .St~te of California, on
April 239 1962, in Book 27 of Maps,'at pages 19 and 20a
