RESOLUTTON OF ABAND[?NMENT OF PiIBZIC UTILI'TY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, this Board has received a request from Mr. Preston Minto
to allow the abandorunent of a public utility easement as descr~.bed
below,
WH~~.AS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board undex
Government Code §§50430, et seq, this Board wishes to abandon said
easement as described below.

present or prospective use.
2. That said public utility easement as hereinafter described
