ments to allow tne abandonment of a pnblic u~tility easement as
described below,
WHE~tEAS, pursuant to the authority vested. in this Board under
Goverr~ment Code 50430, et seq, this Board wisY~es ~o declare its
intention to abandon said public util.i~y and drainage easements as
described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by this Board:
l. That tl~is Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
meeting on April 10 , 1973, at 1:30 p.m., in the Board
Chambers, Courthouse, Orova.l].e, a hearing sha11 be held on the
abandonment o£ the fol.Iowing:
Easements for Poles, Anchor Guys on, over and across those
strips of land lying 4aithin 2 ft. on both sides of all side
lot lines and extending 35 ft. back from the front property
lines, and easements for Public Uti1ities and sewers on,
over, under and across a 5 ft. strip of land along
each side of lot lines of Paradise Pines Coun~ry Club
Estates Unit No. 1 as shown in Map Book 38 on pages 57
thru 60 as described below.
A1ong ~he Northerly and Southerly lines of l.ot 149 and
along the Souther1y line of Lot 150 as shown on said Sub-
d'I V'i 5 'i 011 .
Also an easement for the disposal of drainage water on a
portion of Lots C and p at said Subdivision described as follows.
Parcel A- Beginning at the most Northerly corner vf said
Lot 15Q; thence S68° 02' 29"W, 16.68'; thence N39° 55' 41"E,
14.26', thence S53° 21' 29"E, 7.87', to the point of beginning.
Parcel B- Beginning at the Southeasterly corner nf said
Lot 149; thence N65° 59' 34"W, 128.30'; thence N13° 33' 55"E,
77.13'; thence N53° 33' 55E, 10.15'; thence S10° 45' 25"W,
58.34'; thence S53° 18' 13"E, 127.00' to the point of beginning.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant to
the provisions of Government Code 50440 and 50441.
