WHEREAS, pursuant to the au.thority vested in this Board
under Gavernment Code §§50430, efi seq, this Board wishes to declare
its intention to abandon said publ.ic u~ility easement as described
below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:

abandontnent of the following described easement:
The south westerly 12 fee~ of Zo~ 19, as shown on that
certain Map entitled, tQOAKMORE 1'A17IC SUBDIVISIQN UNIT
N0. 11°, which map was filed Nove~nber 25, 1960, in the
office of the,Recorder of the County of Butte, State
of California, in Book 25 of Maps, at pages 20 a.nd 2I.
2, That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Cade §§50440 and 5Q441.
