BE IT RESOLVE- by the Boaxd o~ Supervisors of th.e County of BntCe,
State of California, as follows~
1, That said County enter into County-State Agreement No. 31
Federal~*aid Secondaxy Road, Da.strict IIi, Butte County, Federal-afd Secondary
Pzoject 1523(~+) for Ord Ferry Road from Goodspeed-Watt Road to 500 feet west
of Chico-Butte C9.ty Highway, and the Chairman of the Board be authorized to
execute~. sa9.d agreement on behalf of said County;
2. That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certified copy
of this resoluti.on to said agreement.
