BE IT RESOLVED bq ehe BOARD 0~' SUPERVISORS of khe COUNTY OF BUTTE,:
STA,TE OF CALIFORNIA, as folI.ows:
l. Tha~ ~he Butte Caunty Board of Supervz.sors wfioleheartedly
supportsthe early construction of State Highway 7.49 between State Highways
70 and 99; and
2. Tiiat the Board of Supervisors supports the County's Chambers of
Commerce in their choosing this project as Butte County`s No. I project; and
3. Butte County urges that State Highway Co~nission and the State
Di.vision of Highways do plan for the further construction of Hfgt~way 99, and
in particular Che Fentz Road interchange.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
