WHEREAS, the final plans for tkze Improved Flower
Build3ng at the Butte County Fairgrounds have been approved by th.e
Division ot Fairs and Expositio.ns and by the Butte County
Department of Public Works, and
Wf~EREAS, funds for the project in the amount of
$20,000 ha~cre been approved by the State Departmen~ of Publ.ic
Works and allocated by the Director of Food and Agriculture
through Executive Order Na. 72-58:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED ~hat the Butte County
Fair be authorized to ca11 for bids for said proje~~, said
bids to be su.bmitted no later ~han 10:00 A.M., April 16, 1973
at the office of the Butre County Fair, Gridley, California
PASSED AND ADOPT~D by the Butte County Board of
