RESOLUTION AME~TDTNG RESOZUTION NOo 73-21
WHEREAS this Board previously passed Resol.ution 73-2Z
which designates the Butte Cou.nty Economic Opportunity Council
as a Community Action Agency for the County of Butteo
WHEREAS said Resolution was to become e££ective on
April l, 1973
WEiEREAS this Board has Iearned that because of changes
in the program at the federal level that it would be in the best
interest o~ all concerczed that Itesolution 73-21 be amended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~A by th.is Board:
lo T4iat paragraph 2 of Resolution 73-2~ be amended to
read that the effective date of the aforementioned action is
3une 30, 1973,
