Resolution 72~b2 is amended to read as follows:
A. Fees for a p~eliminary map shall be a flat
$50.00 payable to the Plann.ing Department at the
time ot submission.
Bo E'ees tor filing tentative maps shall be a
minimwn of $50a00 for subdivisions of ten.or less
lots. For subdivisions o~ over ten 1ots, tihe
filing fee shall be $50,00 plus $3,00 per lot for
the actual nutnber of lots in excess of ten showr.~
on the tentative map, up to 100 lotso There is axz
additional charge of $Z.00 per lot in excess of 100.
Fees on. tentative maps sha11 be submitted at the
time of the svbmission of the tentative map and paid
to the P~.anning Department. Where an additional
general development plan is required by the County
to show future development, oniy ~hose lots actually
in the proposed immediate developmen~ will be used as
a basis for fee payment.
