RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS 4F THE COU~TTY' OF BUTTE~
STATE OF CAZIFORNIA:

Attorney at Law, g26 J Street, Sacramento, California,
to pr~pare a11 t1~e reso~.utions, notices, a~fidavits,
and other legal documents necessary for the improvement pro-
ceedings for Skyway Assessmen-~ Da.strict No. ~ in the
Coiu~.ty of Bu-t~e,
to ac~vise this Board and other officials of the
County of Butte in a11 matters pertaining to ~the Improvemen-~
Ac~ of I911 un.-~yl improvement bond.s are issued, and.
to prepare and sign an opinion respectzng the validi~y
o~ any improvement bonds issued to represen-t unpaid assessments
levied in said assessm.en-~ district.
Tha-~ this Board hereby directs tha~t said attorney's
compensation sha11 be the amoun.t of money which is equal t~ 3/
of the construction cos-~ of the work and improvemer~.-~s for said
assessment dis~trict, that said sum be cYa.arged to and paid from
the inciden-~al e~enses for said assessment distric~, and tha-E

said sum shall be paid to him as fo~lows:

Pxovided that in the event the County of Butte does
no~ proceed with this assessment proceedings pass the hearing
on the Resolution Declaring the Public Convenience and NecessT
itp then in such event tne Coun~y o~ ~u~te shall pay ~
~a e Pec~~ ~he sum o~ ~500.00 ~rom ft~nds o~her tha~ the
incidental expenses for said assessmen~ dis~rict. Prov~ded
further that if said County o~ ~utte proceeas with this
assessment proceedings past the hearing on sa~d Resolution
Declaring Fublic Convenience a~.d Necessity but not pass the
hearing on ~he Resolu~~on o~ Intention then said County of
