WHEREAS, this Board ha~ received a request from I~azwin
Developments to a11ow the abandonmen~ of a public utility easemen,t
as described below,
WHER~AS, pursuant to the authority vested i.n tha.s Board
uxzder Government Code 50930, et seq, this Board wishes to abandan
said easemen~t as described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESQLVED by this Board:
1. That this Board finds that said easement is unnecessary
for present or prospective use.
2. Tha~ said pubZic utility easement as hereina~ter
described is hereinafter aba.ndoned and vacated.
3. That said public utility easement is situated in the
Coun~p of Bu~te, State of Califormia, and described as follows, to
wi~:
Easements for Poles, Anchor Guys on, over and across those
strips of land lying within 2 ft. on both s9des of a11 side
tot lines and extending 35 ft. back from the front property
lines, and easements for Public Utilities and sewers on,
over, under and across a 5 ft. strip of land a3ong
each side of lot lines of Paradise Pines Country Club
Estates llnit No. 1 as shown in Map Book 38 on pages 5'1
thru 60 as described below.
Along the Northerly and Souther3y lines af Lot 149wand
along the Southerly line of Lot 150 as shown on said Sub-
division.
Also an easement for the disposal of drainage water on a
portion of Lots C and D at said Subdivision described as follows.
Parcel A- Beginning at t~e most Northerly eorner of said
Lto 150; thence S69° 02' 29"W, 16.68'; thence N39° 55` 41"E, `
14.26'; thence S53° 21' 29E, 7.87`, ta the point of beginning.
Parcel B- Beg9nning at the Southeasterly corner of said
Lot Z49; thence N65° 59` 34"W, 128.30'; thence N13° 33' 55"E,
77.13'; thence N53° 33' 55°E, 10.~5',-,;thence S10° 4b' 25"W
58.34'; thence S53° 18' 13"E, 127.00' to the point of beginning.
