under Government Code §§50430, et seq, this Board wishes to abandon
said easement as described below.
NOW, THEREF012E, BE IT ItESOLVED by this Board:
l. ~hat thxs Board finds that said easement is unnecessary
for preser-t or prospective use.
2. That said publa.c utility eases-ien~t as hereinafter
described is hereznaf~er abandoned and vacated,
3. Tl~at said public utility easement is situatad in the
Caunty of Butte, 'State of California, an.d desc~~.bed as follows, to
wit:

certain Map entitled, "OAKMORE 1'ARK SUBDIVISION UNIT
