RESOLUTIO~T CONCERN~NG CHANGES IN M.AINTAINED MILEAGE
WITHIN BUTTE COUNTY

WHEREAS~ Section 2121 of the Streets & Highways Code provides that in
May of each year Gounty shall submit to the Department of Public Works, Seate
of Ca7.i~ornia, any additions or deletions from its mileage of maintained county
roads, specifying the termini and mileage of each route added or de7.eted; and
WHERF4S, the Department of Public Works, State of Ca1i£ornia, certi-
fied to the S~.ate Controller on March 31, 1973, that the total mileage o~ mazn-
fained count~r roads in Butte County was 1451.70 miles; and
WH~R~AS, Butte County now finds that the total mileage of mai,ntai,ned
counCy roads is 145b.02 miles;
NOW, TTiE1tE~'ORE, BE IT RESQLVED that the mileage of maintained county
roads certified March 31, 1973, be corrected ~.n accoxdance wi.th the andi.cations
in color on the accompanying maps marked Exhibit "A" and in accordance wi.th the
~I additions or corrections to the attached tabulation marked Exhibit "B", both
exhibits being made a part o£ tha.s resolution, by incoxporation herein, and
which said exhibits speci£y the termzni and zuileage of each route added or
deleted.
