RESOLUTION GIVZNG NOTICE OF ~NTENTION TO
,ABANDON .A PUBI.,IC HIGHWAY ~

WHEREA~, this Board has received a request from Mro and Mrso
Ly1e Damon Phillips to a11ow the abarcdonment of a public highway as
described below,
WH~REAS, pursuan~ to the au~ehority vested in this Board
under Gaverzunent Code §§50430 e~ seq, this Board wishes to declare
its intention to abandon a public highway as described below.
NOW, 'I'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~D by this Board:
lo Tha~ this Board hereby gives notice tk~at at its regular
meeting on June 12 , 197 3, at 1:30 ~omo, z.n
fihe Board Chambers, Courthause, Orovill~, a hearing shall be held on
the abandonment of the foll.owing described public highway:
T`he alley shown on McNamee ~tract map known as Fig Al~ey,
from the Westerly line of Lots 1 and ZO bounded by 7th
Street and Lots 9 and 10 bounded on the Easterly side
by tk~.e Feather RiYer, McNamee tract is shown on
Assessor's Map No, 31-28,
2. That this Resolution be posted and pub~ished pursua nt
to the provisions of Gover.nment Code §§50440 and 50447.,
PASSED AND ADO1'TED by the Butte Coun~y Board of Supervisors
