adopted Resolution Noo 73-59 an April. 3, 1973 adopting procedures for
implementation of the California ~nviron~nental Quality Act of 1970, and
Wf-iEREAS, it was th.e intent of the Board of Supervisors in
adopting said proced~res by ~esolution to allow amendments to be made
to the said procedures as experience with the~n indicated proper, and
WHEREAS, th.e Board of Supervisors desires to redv.ce the fee
specified in Sec~Cion 5B of said procedures for review af private
projects by the Enva.ronmental Review Committee from $25 to $IO to
raflect the ~act that z.na.tial experience under the procedures indicates
~that preliminary review~s by the Environmental Review Committee are
being conducted more e~pedi~tiously and with less Couaty time and
expense than a.nticipated,
NOW, THER~FOR~, BE IT RESOLVEA that the second sentence of
Section 5B o~ Appendix A of Resolutio.n No. 73-59 be amended to read
as follows: "The application ~'or such review shall be ac~ompanied by
a fee of $1.0,~°
