WHEREAS, this Board has received a req~uest from Mr. A. Ae Weinreich
to allow the abandoxunent of a storm drain easement as describecl below,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority ~rested in this Board under
Government Code §§50430, et seq, this Board wishes to declare its
intention to abandon said storm drain. easement as d.escribed below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE zT RESOLVED by this Board:
