WHEREAS, this Boarc~ has received a request from Mro Charles Priddy
to allow ~khe abandonment of a public utility easement as described
below,
WHEREA~, pursuant to ~he authority vested in this Board under
Governmen~t Code §§50430, et seq, this Board wishes to declare its
intention to abandon said public utility easEment as described below:
NOW, THEI2EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
1.. That this Boaxd hexeby gives natice that at its regular
meeting on ~une 26 ,~973, at I;~p ~om,, in th.e Board
Chambers, Courthouse, Oroville, a hearing shall be held on the abandon-
ment of the tollowing described easement:
Being a por~ion of Lots 54 and 55, as said a~e shown on the,
~iled map of "Butfi.e C~eek Es~ates Subdivision Uni~ Noo One",
filed March 18, 1966 in Map Book 34 at pages 34, 35, 36 and
37, Butte County Official Records also being a portion of
Lpts 5 and 6 as s~id are shown on the filed m~ of ""Liricoln
Park Subdivisi.on", filed Apxil 16, 1973 a.n Book 43 at pages
~.3 and 14 Bu~te County Reeords, more par~9.cu7.ar7.y described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the most north.erly corner of Lot 54 of said
Butte Creek Estates Subdivision Unit Noa One, said point
also being the most Northerly corner of Lat 6 of said Lincoln
Park Subdivisa.an; thence from said Point of Beginning
S 3$° 15' 17" E along the Northeasterly l.ine of said Lots
54 and 55, and said Zo~C 5 and 6 182022 ~rt, to the South-
easterly line of said Lot b; thence 'S 40° 32' 35"4 W along
the Sautheasterly line of said Lot ~ 12.23 ft.; thence

provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 504410
