Application and a proposal is hereby made to the Butte County Local Agency i'orrnation Commission for the annexation of certain inhabited territory to County Service Area Iv'o. 1$. The exterior boundaries of such terri~ory are described in Exhibit "~" attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference. 2. The reason for this proposal is to provid~ street lighting fpr the described territory. 3.
